  • The customer will get a Delivery Confirmation code for each order, and when the delivery boy will handover the packet to customer, he will ask the delivery code from customer, and delivery boy will provide that code into App database to confirm that he delivered.
  • In ZEEMLO for every transaction there is a unique tracking code , which make sure that the transaction has completed.
  • We are using third party outsource services & make sure that the delivery of food will be on time.
  • Generally we take 1hr to deliver food to customers
  • Before delivery any damage happen to the food then we will return the money to the customer.
  • After given the delivery code , ZEEMLO & ZEEMLO team is not responsible for number of dishes or number of boxes


  1. Delivery period specified at the time of order may vary. The goods will be delivered to the address given at the time of giving the order.
  2. The delivery may done by ZEEMLO OR one of its associated logistics partner. No responsibility is taken by the Website in case of late delivery by us.
  3. It may not be possible for us to deliver the food/ products/ services to some locations. In such a case, we will inform the buyer and seller and arrangements for change in delivery address or cancellation can be made.


  1. Cash on Delivery will be available for all orders. ZEEMLO reserves the right to change this as and when needed.

  3. Payment to the courier staff should be done in cash. The invoice amount will be inclusive of all charges
