what is ZEEMLO

ZEEMLO is a website for ordering food online. The essence of ZEEMLO is homemade fresh food. The food is always hygienic and fresh because of the simple fact that it is prepared after an order is placed and a home chef prepares it using the same ingredients as the chef is using at her/his home. ZEEMLO is like a restaurant on the cloud, which brings delicious home made cuisines from different chefs right to your doorstep. Unlike a traditional restaurant with a fixed menu, ZEEMLO’s menus are constantly changing. More selection means that you’ll never get bored with our offerings. Meals are delivered to your home or office to give you an incredible authentic experience like never before.

how I can order through ZEEmlo

  • 1. Open our website or mobile application, select your area, then sign up on our website using your mobile no, name and email id. Browse through our daily menu OR assortments OR salads, and select your food items.
  • 2. Our menu may be different for every area of delivery hence it is necessary that you choose your area correctly.
  • 3. Click on the dish(es) you like and add it(them) to your cart. Confirm and place your order when you’re ready.
  • 4. Payment can be done online through debit/credit card, or using funds you might have in your ZEEMLO wallet or with cash/coupons on delivery. We have also integrated the PayuMoney online payment system.
  • 5. The meal will be delivered at your doorstep, home or office, by our/associated delivery executive (DE).

what kinds of ingredients does ZEEMLO use

Meals are prepared fresh using the best quality ingredients, vegetables. You get wholesome, tasty and home made meals every time you order from us with traditional styles of cooking.

who is cooking the food at zeemlo

Some of the best chefs in jaipur cook and serve their signature dishes at zeemlo. You can read about the chef who has made a particular meal besides the dish listed on the website. These chefs are hand-picked by the ZEEMLO panel – after tasting their preparations. Only those who meet our hygiene and taste parameters – become a chef at ZEEMLO

what are the portions like

We serve meals based on one meal-one person format, i.e. the meals that you order are sufficient for one person. However, this may not necessarily hold true for snacks or mini meals.  If you feel, that the quantity served was not enough, we would love to get a feedback from you.

how can I login & create my first order

Select the city and area where you want the food to be delivered. Go to Login/Sign up option on top right of the page. Enter your name, phone number, email address and set a password that you want to use to login to ZEEMLO in future. You will get an OTP on your mobile which you need to enter to move forward. Once done successfully, you will be logged in. Once you can see the menu for your area, select the dishes that you wish to order. If you want more than one item of the same dish, click on the plus sign more than once. If you want to remove a dish from the cart, click on minus sign. Click on the cart on the top right corner of the website. Choose the delivery time slot and click on next button to proceed forward. Select/Add an address where you want it to be delivered. Please note that the area of this address should be same as that of the area you selected earlier while selecting the dishes. Finally, select the payment option to place the order. Once all this is done, you will receive an SMS with the order number.

can I contact with you on social media

We will be spreading our social media presence very soon. We would love to connect to our customers and potential chefs via social media. Very soon ZEEMLO will have presence on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc.

can I change the login password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can login by selecting OTP option instead of the password option. You will get an OTP on your mobile once you select that option and you can plug in that number to login.

I have not received the OTP for login/ forget password

The SMS is always triggered but sometimes it fails to reach the customer as it depends on the carrier. Please call our helpline at +91 8000 300 500.

I am not comfortable ordering online can I order by phone

We only take orders through our website or our mobile applications, available on iOS app store and Android Play-store. In case you are not well acquainted with ordering online, our customer care team can take you through the process step-by-step. However, orders cannot be accepted on phone.

I want to cancle my order or part of my order

You cannot cancel an already placed order. However, if you have any issues, call our helpline at +91 8000 300 500.
If you have issues with the quality of food and want a refund, we would be happy to do that – if the claims are substantiated. In this case, the amount paid would be credited back to your ZEEMLO WALLET. This money can be used in future for any orders you place on OvenBel

where does zeemlo deliver

ZEEMLO has started its operations from Vaishali Nagar Jaipur city in Rajasthan (India). We will be covering the entire city of Jaipur soon. We plan to expand to other cities of the country.

why my area is not listed in your list

how can I check my order & delivery address

The maximum time we commit after an order is placed is 90 minutes – from your time of order. If you select time slots which are beyond 90 minutes, then your order will be delivered at that selected time. But please note that – at ZEEMLO all meals are prepared fresh. Hence there is a cooking time. We pickup the cooked dish from a home chef and deliver it at your place. While we try our best to deliver before the committed time, there could be delays due to factors beyond our control.  If you have issues with our delivery, you can call our helpline at +91 8000 300 500.

I have Trouble with online payment cash debited from my account but order not placed

I have a coupon code , how do I use it

You will be asked for a coupon code at the time of checking out, on the same page where you choose your delivery time slot. Apply the coupon code to redeem the coupon value.

my coupon code is not working

Coupons for special offers or referral program might have expired, used or not be valid anymore. If you think your coupon code is valid, please call our helpline at +91 8000 300 500.

is there a any minimum amount

No. Please note that this may change according to different promotional schemes. Moreover, no two offers can typically be clubbed together. Company reserves the right to introduce, withdraw or change the minimum cart value at any time.

are there any charges for delivery

There might be delivery charges – which depends on the order amount and type of meal ordered. Generally there will be a delivery charge of 50 Rs for orders below 200 Rs. After 200 Rs it is FREE. But this is subject to change as per management’s decision.
